Every baby's sleep is as unique as their family. That's why all my one-on-one support is 100% personalized: I study your situation, your routines and your values, and build a plan made just for you.
Generic advice often brings more doubt and more guilt to parents who are already exhausted. My mission is the opposite: to bring calm, confidence and peace back to your home.
I support families from pregnancy through age 4: newborns, babies and toddlers. These are some of the things we work on, at any stage:
I'm based in Austin, TX and work 100% virtually with families across the US, Latin America, Europe and beyond, in English or Spanish.
A space for me to listen: tell me what's happening with your baby's sleep and how you're doing. Then I'll guide you to what fits your family best: a consultation or a sleep plan.
On either path, you tell me about your baby's routines, schedules and habits.
A week of text support, either after your consultation or to extend your plan, or a follow-up call.

I'm the founder of Baby and You Sleep and a mom of three. My own experience with my children sparked a deep passion for all things motherhood and led me to become a certified baby sleep coach, so I could help families like mine sleep better and, ultimately, live better.
I hold a degree in Communication Disorders (speech therapy) with a specialization in child development and family relationships, and a master's in international administration and strategic communications. I have extensive experience working internationally with children ages 0 to 4, and I've been a certified infant and toddler sleep coach since early 2025.
I'll walk with you in English or Spanish, without guilt or extreme methods, so your baby (and you) can finally rest.
"At first, I didn't want to do it because I was afraid my baby would feel like we were leaving him alone. […] By the second day, my baby was already sleeping completely on his own, and to this day it has been absolutely life-changing. One of the best decisions I've ever made. And Paula is incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and always spot-on with her advice."
"After 9 months of co-sleeping and breastfeeding baby to sleep, I was desperate for proper rest. Paula was so gentle in her approach and put together a plan that both mom and dad felt comfortable with. By the end of week 3, our baby was sleeping independently in his own crib with minimal night wakings."
"Our baby was waking up around six times every night. We were exhausted, frustrated and just surviving day to day with no rest. […] Now our baby sleeps through the whole night and our life changed completely. […] I feel like myself again."
"I'll be honest: when my wife told me she was hiring a sleep coach, I thought it meant […] letting the baby cry until he learned to sleep. After working with Paula, I realized how wrong I was. Her approach was the complete opposite: respectful, structured and focused on understanding our son and our family."
"I'm pregnant with my first baby and Paula has been such a huge help. Her newborn sleep guide gave me so much clarity on what to expect in those first months."
No. I'm based in Austin, TX, but all my sessions are virtual, by video call and text or WhatsApp, so I work with families across the US, Latin America, Europe and beyond, in English or Spanish.
I work with children from birth to 4 years old, and I also help expecting parents get ready. The sleep plan is for ages 5 months to 4 years; the consultation works for any stage, from pregnancy to age 4.
A fully personalized plan built from a detailed questionnaire, a 60-minute video call to go over it, 3 weeks of daily support by text or WhatsApp, up to 3 short 20-minute calls, sleep logs and a final email with guidance for the months ahead. It's $497, and you can add a sibling for $150.
Yes, and I love working at this stage! I'll help you understand how your baby's sleep works before they arrive or in the first weeks: what's normal, how to create a safe sleep space, and how to build healthy habits from the start. Starting parenthood with this knowledge is incredibly powerful and can save you many hard nights. The Sleep Consultation is ideal for this, and the 0–6 Months guide can support you along the way.
Not at all. My methods are fully compatible with breastfeeding. If you'd like to night wean, I can help you do it gradually.
No. I work gradually and respectfully, never leaving your baby to cry alone. Changing habits brings some fussiness, and I'll guide you through it.
No, room-sharing is fine. I just recommend your baby has their own sleep surface.
Each plan is tailored to one child. To include a sibling, you can add them for $150 when you pay for your plan.
Yes. In the US, you can choose Klarna at checkout and split your payment into 4 interest-free installments (subject to Klarna's approval). Wherever you live, the Sleep Plan can also be paid in 2 installments: just message me and I'll send you the payment links.
Consistency is the key. Families who follow the plan closely see significant improvements, and I'll be by your side to adjust as needed.
